The European Feature Documentary Film Festival in Belgrade, organised by Svetlana and Zoran Popovic from the Kvadrat Film School and in collaboration with the Sava Center, has published the 2009 programme: read here
As I have had the privilege to help with the selection of the programme, as in the previous 5 years of a festival that is quite unique in approach and format (7 film, directors/producers invited, masterclasses with all directors, full house for all screenings, between 400 and 1500 per film), the titles will all have been written about on filmkommentaren.dk
They are Blind Loves (Slovakia), The Mother (Switzerland, Russia), Shake the Devil off (Switzerland), Vesterbro (Denmark, photo), Oblivion (The Netherlands), All White in Barking (UK), Sleep Furiously (France/UK).
